Manoj Rajshekar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Global R&D Engineering at Movius Corp. since May 2022, Manoj is actively involved in hiring for various engineering roles. Previously, as Co-founder of SmartHub.ai from September 2020 to May 2022, Manoj focused on automating enterprise risk management through IoT and AI technologies, enhancing operational efficiency and digital risk management for enterprises. Manoj was also a Co-founder at EngageClick, which was acquired by [24]7.ai, where efforts were directed towards innovating personalized marketing solutions and scaling the [24]7 Customer Acquisition Cloud. Early career experiences include key roles at HP, where Manoj contributed to core database engineering, and as a founding team member at Mercora. Manoj holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
