Mohammed El Saadany, GRCP, IFSAH, serves as the Chief Governance Officer and Secretary to the Board of Directors and Committees at Mowah CO. since December 2020. In this role, Mohammed leads the transformation of the company from a Closed Joint Company to a Listed Company, overseeing governance and the IPO process. Previous roles include Head of the Internal Audit Department and Secretary to the Board and Audit Committee, where responsibilities included establishing audit activities and risk assessments. Mohammed's extensive experience in internal auditing began at KPMG Hazem Hassan and includes positions at Al Rajhi Industrial Group, Abdulla Fouad Group, and Al Sorayai Group. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Helwan University Cairo.
