Michael Kidd

Michael Kidd, CPA, has extensive experience in the accounting field, currently serving as a Partner and Transaction Advisory Services Leader at Mowery & Schoenfeld since October 2005. In this role, Michael provides independent valuations for privately-owned and closely-held businesses, assisting owners in maximizing their business value. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Analyst, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate in the Audit Practice during tenure at the same firm. Since August 2020, Michael has also been a Partner at Xamin. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2004.
