Carlos Orozco Miblsscimt

Carlos Orozco has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carlos began their career in 1993 as a Financial Analyst at Gillette Corporation. Carlos then moved on to Cadbury plc. as a Supply Chain Planning Manager, where they led production planning and materials supply operations. After that, they joined Dole Food Company as the North America Director of Supply Chain Operations, overseeing the import and distribution of fresh cut flowers.

In 2006, Orozco joined PepsiCo - Frito Lay North America as the Director of Supply Chain Operations Southeast - North America, where they successfully reorganized operations and achieved significant productivity and cost savings. Carlos then joined Abbott as the Global Finance Demand Planner and Procurement Leader, where they led the transition to a new procurement organization and implemented various process improvements.

In 2021, Orozco worked at STARLIMS in the Global Procurement role, followed by Siemens Healthineers as a Senior Global Planner. In these positions, they demonstrated expertise in supply chain management and problem-solving. Currently, Orozco holds the position of Director of Logistics at Mowi, where they lead and directs all supply chain logistics operations for MOWI USA Consumer Products. Overall, Carlos Orozco has a strong background in supply chain, procurement, and logistics, with a proven track record of leadership and successful problem-solving.

Carlos Orozco MIB●LSS●CIMT holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (1988-1994). Carlos also obtained a Frito Lay PepsiCo Certificate in Continuous Improvement from the same university in 2013. In 2018, Carlos received a Super User certification in Project Planning Application from Microsoft. Carlos is also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified by Accenture - Frito Lay PepsiCo (2010) and holds a Strategic Management of Resources certification from APICS (2004). Furthermore, Carlos has a Master's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Universidad EAFIT, which they completed between 1997 and 1999. Carlos Orozco has obtained additional certifications in various fields, such as Intention-Based Training: High Skills Presentations from Pinnacle Performance Company (2020), Manager Foundation at Abbott from Abbott Diagnostics Business (2019), Communication & Teamwork from DOOR Training & Coaching (2019), and Microsoft Project Professional and Project On Line from Microsoft (2018).
