Kristin Mekvik Eriksen

Kristin Mekvik Eriksen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and procurement. Currently serving as a Sustainability Project Manager and previously as Procurement Manager for Farming Norway at Mowi ASA, the largest producer of Atlantic salmon globally, Kristin has been instrumental in driving sustainable practices within the seafood industry since October 2015. Prior experience includes roles such as Group Controller and Senior Procurement Specialist at Mekvik Maskin, a total supplier of groundworks, and Purchasing Manager at Kristiansund kommune, where Kristin led procurement processes. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Business & Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and further education in Capacity Building in Sustainability and Environmental Management from the same institution.
