Alison Kelly

Alison Kelly is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and communications. Currently serving as the Employee Relations & Communications Manager and Snr Human Resources Business Partner at Mowlam Healthcare Services since March 2017, Alison supports a large network of healthcare facilities and over 1,600 employees. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Wipro BPO, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR activities for over 400 employees, and serving as a Human Resources Generalist at St. Andrews Group, part of Lloyds Banking Group. Alison holds a Masters of Science in Work & Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources & Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick.
