Carl Hollingsworth

Carl Hollingsworth is the Chief Legal & Corporate Governance Officer at Mox Bank Ltd, the virtual bank subsidiary of Standard Chartered in Hong Kong. Carl is responsible for all legal and corporate governance matters, including IT vendor contracting, IP, customer terms and conditions, delegations of authority, and providing advice to the Board of Directors. Prior to their current role, Carl held various positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Linklaters, and King & Wood Mallesons, focusing on corporate governance, M&A, and legal matters. Carl holds a Master's Degree from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Law from the University of Tasmania.
