Roger Souza has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Roger started their career at MCI WorldCom as an OSP Engineer from 1998 to 2000. Roger then worked at Level 3 Communications as a Lead Support Engineer from 2000 to 2005. Following this, they joined Verizon Communications and held multiple roles including Video Hub Operations Engineer and New Services and Technology Support Engineer from 2005 to 2010. Roger briefly worked at RCN Metro as a Sr. Technology Engineer from July 2010 to September 2010. Roger then joined Sidera Networks/Lightower Fiber Networks as a Sr. Technology Engineer from July 2010 to December 2013. Currently, they are working at MOX Networks as a Sr Network Engineer since January 2014.

Roger Souza attended the University of New Hampshire from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Roger then transferred to the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
