Daniel Headrick has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Daniel started their career in 2012 at Moxie Pest Control, where they held various roles such as Sales Representative, Team Leader, and Social Media Marketing Manager. In 2016, they worked as an intern at O.C. Tanner, where they gained experience in supply chain management. Daniel also interned at Sam's Club, working on developing a toolkit for opening new clubs. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Walmart as a Replenishment Manager and Business Support Manager, managing replenishment for a $230 million business and strategizing with vendors. In 2018, they joined Bossa Nova Robotics as a Senior Program Manager and Client Representative, managing customer relationships and overall program deliverables. Daniel then returned to Moxie Pest Control in 2020, where they held positions such as HR Manager and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for developing company strategy and managing various departments. Overall, Daniel has demonstrated a strong ability to take on different roles and responsibilities in various industries.
Daniel Headrick attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2012 to 2017, where they completed their degree in Business Management with a focus on Supply Chain. Their field of study was Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In January 2021, Daniel obtained the certification of CXPA Professional Member from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
