Steph Busia is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Marketing Account Manager at Moxie Tonic Marketing since October 2021, Steph previously held the position of Manager of Operations - ReStore at Pikes Peak Habitat for Humanity, where notable achievements included record-breaking sales and the implementation of an effective Donor Relations Management role. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk, where Steph successfully identified cost-saving measures and improved organizational performance. Earlier roles also include Director of Marketing & Partnerships and Manager of Partnerships & Communications, focusing on brand awareness, marketing strategies, and volunteer coordination.
