Muireann Noble

Muireann Noble has extensive experience in human resources and operational management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Group Head of People and Culture at MOY - Flat Roof Waterproofing Systems, Muireann's role includes leading HR initiatives and organizational culture from September 2023 to July 2025. Prior to this, Muireann worked at Cornwall Insight as the Consulting Operations Manager, overseeing operations from May 2022 to September 2023, after serving as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Experience includes managing office operations at Crystal Air Ltd and serving as Administration Manager at Joule Group Ltd. Muireann holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ulster University and has completed a Human Resources Management program with CIPD through AVADO.
