Carl Rosen

Carl Rosen is an accomplished medical professional and business leader with extensive experience in the ophthalmology field. Currently serving as a Medical Advisor at Moyae and holding positions as a Board Member and Global Fellow for HITLAB Breakthrough Alliance and Advisory Board Member at DANE HEALTH, INC., Carl also contributes as a member of ASOPRS and a Black Belt at Gracie Barra Association. Since 1994, Carl has been the President of Ophthalmic Associates and an ophthalmologist with the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Carl founded Fractal OnCall Solutions LLC dba CallDR™ in 2010 and has held multiple leadership roles, including President of the Alaska State Medical Association. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Stanford University, an MD from Boston University School of Medicine, a Master's in Immunology from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Amherst College.
