Douglas Phung

Douglas Phung is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with diverse experience across various roles in the tech industry. As a Co-Founder of Moyae since March 2021, Douglas has contributed to developing solutions for individuals navigating insurance options. As a Senior Software Engineer at HUB International, Douglas has built a learning portal aimed at workforce exits. Douglas founded Fairfax Ultimate and has dedicated substantial volunteer hours building a strong ultimate frisbee culture in the greater Fairfax area. Past roles include senior software engineering positions at EnterMedicare, Capital One, and other companies where Douglas led projects such as health insurance dashboards and appointment scheduling web applications. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
