Carolina Figueroa Rives

Carolina Figueroa Rives has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Carolina started their career at U.N.A.M. Facultad de Artes y Diseño as a Software Engineer, where they designed, developed, and implemented web applications using LAMP solutions. Carolina also wrote, modified, integrated, and maintained software code during their time there.

Carolina then joined Aurel Systems Inc. as a Software Developer Intern, where they gained hands-on experience in implementing a linear regression algorithm in C++ for predicting production data. Carolina also designed and developed a visual application called Product Tracking using Embarcadero Framework and integrated it with the linear regression algorithm to display production data predictions.

Carolina then moved on to Fobi, where they initially served as a Business Intelligence Analyst. During their tenure, they developed and deployed a U-Net model using PyTorch and AWS SageMaker to predict the class of individual pixels in aerial images. Carolina later continued their role as a Business Intelligence Analyst until January 2023.
