Jo Cameron

Director of Content Marketing at Moz

Jo Cameron has worked in a variety of roles in the fields of content marketing, learning and development, customer support, and sales. Jo began their career in 2005 as a Sales Assistant at Early Learning Centre. Jo then worked as a Buyer's Admin Assistant and Buyer's Assistant at Daisy & Tom, followed by a Sales and Admin Associate role at Jellycat. In 2007, they moved to Kidoodle as a Sales Associate and then to UNSW Australia as a Grants Administrative Officer and Ethics Administrative Officer. In 2009, they joined Gilda's Tryst as an Administration Manager, followed by a Customer Support Specialist role at Wordtracker in 2011. In 2012, they founded Wildfowl Designs and then moved to Moz in 2015 as a Customer Support Specialist, Technical Content Support Engineer, Customer Support Content Lead, Support Manager (mat leave cover), Director of Learning and Director of Content Marketing.

Jo Cameron completed a Bachelor of Design (Industrial Design) in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Technology Sydney between 2000 and 2004. Prior to this, they attended Sydney Girls High School between 1995 and 2000. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Moz SEO Essentials Certification from Moz in July 2021, Moz Technical SEO Certification from Moz in June 2021, and STAT Fundamentals from STAT Search Analytics in February 2020.
