Micole Garatti, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. Micole is currently the Director of Product and Content Marketing at Fama Technologies Inc., where they have set the content strategy and managed contract writers. Prior to this, Micole was the Founder and CEO of SocialMicole #HRforAll, a company they launched in 2019 to diversify voices of influence in HR and work tech. As the CEO, Micole launched marketing campaigns and partnered with companies to help them improve their Influencer Relations programs.

Micole has also worked as an Engagement Manager at Aspect 43 and a Director of B2B Marketing at Fairygodboss, where they developed holistic marketing strategies that generated significant leads, meetings, and revenue. Micole was a Marketing Manager at Talview, where they were responsible for bringing the company and product to the United States and conducting market research.

In addition, Micole has worked as a contractor at Accelir Insights, as well as held various roles at Ultimate Software, including Social Media Specialist and Social Media Marketing Intern. Micole has also served as a Board Member at SocialMedia.org and as a Student Product Marketing Consultant at William & Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Micole has experience in developing GTM strategies, managing social media, and conducting market research.

Micole Garatti holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business. Prior to that, Micole obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Florida. In terms of additional certifications, Micole has completed the "Unconscious Bias" course offered by LinkedIn in 2021. Additionally, Micole obtained the "Inbound Certified" certification from HubSpot in December 2019, and the "Hubspot Marketing Software Certification" from HubSpot Academy in January 2022.
