Jessica Witherspoon is an experienced Clinical Dietitian with a robust background in assessing, counseling, and providing nutrition education across various healthcare settings including long-term care, memory care, and rehabilitation. Since November 2021, Jessica has been serving at Jewish Senior Services, previously holding positions at St. Patrick's Manor and Hebrew SeniorLife, where responsibilities included collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, completing assessments, and developing Nutrition Care Plans. Jessica has also been involved in initiating support groups, such as a Diabetes Support Group in Spanish, and implementing wellness programs for both residents and staff. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences from McGill University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
