Arnold van Steenbergen

Arnold van Steenbergen is an experienced project leader and manager with a strong background in real estate and construction. Currently serving as Senior Project Leader Maintenance at Mozaïek Wonen since November 2019, Arnold is responsible for directing complex maintenance activities. Prior to this role, Arnold worked at WelThuis for nearly a decade, managing a significant real estate portfolio and overseeing the coordination of maintenance plans and new policy development. Arnold has also held positions at GroenWest, bbn adviseurs, and BAM Wonen, focusing on project leadership and management in various construction and housing projects. Arnold's educational background includes studies in construction engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences and The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
