Nercia Muianga

Nercia Muianga is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at MOZAL, S.A. since August 2021. Nercia’s previous roles include Learning & Development and Talent Manager, as well as Talent and Portfolio Manager at Standard Bank Moçambique from April 2017 to July 2021 and October 2014 to March 2017, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Barclays Bank Mozambique and HR Manager at Sasol Petroleum Temane. Nercia also held the position of HR Services Manager and Senior HR Officer at Coca Cola Sabco. Nercia holds a Master's degree in Corporate Strategy from GIBS Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wits Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand.
