Salwa Bullard

Salwa Bullard is a Product Development Program Manager at Mozarc Medical since April 2023, previously holding the same title at Medtronic from February 2018 to April 2023. Salwa has extensive experience in product development and analytical research, with previous roles as Principal Chemist and Sr. Chemist at Medtronic, where key contributions included the development of a talent management database for R&D teams and executing analytical test method validations. Salwa's career began at CIMA Labs/Teva Pharmaceuticals from September 2005 to September 2017 as an Analytical Researcher, driving method development and validation in a cGMP environment. Initial experience also includes a position as a Laboratory Technician at Medtronic in 2004-2005, focusing on point-of-care coagulation tests. Salwa holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Carleton College.
