Victoria Bialczak

Victoria Bialczak is an experienced R&D engineer with a background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Currently at Mozarc Medical as an R&D Engineer II, Victoria is involved in the design and development of renal access products. Previous roles include managing clinical trials for transcatheter aortic valve therapy at Medtronic and serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University, where guidance was provided to students in bioengineering fundamentals. Victoria also gained research experience through a summer internship at Syracuse University, focusing on molecular dynamics simulations, and has held positions in leadership and support roles, including as a summer camp counselor and production assistant. Victoria holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University.
