Dion Asencio

Dion Asencio has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the telecommunications industry. Their most recent position was as CEO and General Manager at Mozark Pte Ltd Singapore since August 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of General Manager for North Asia and South East Asia at Gilat Satellite Networks from August 2017 to July 2019. Dion also served as Vice President - Sales Enterprise Group at Globe Telecommunications Inc from January 2015 to August 2017, and as Vice President - Service Provider Markets for Asia Pacific at Cataleya Pte.Ltd. from July 2014 to January 2015. Additionally, they worked at Tellabs as Country Manager and Director for Sales from March 2004 to July 2014, and at Alcatel as Regional Manager Strategy from 2000 to 2004.

Dion Asencio completed their Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College in Mandaluyong in the years 1980 to 1995. Dion further pursued a degree in the same field from Don Bosco Technical College, Mandaluyong, graduating with a BSECE degree from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, Dion Asencio obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD between 2002 and 2004.
