Allison Schwarz

Allison Schwarz is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in alumni relations. Currently serving as a Staff Learning & Development Specialist at Mozilla since June 2022, Allison previously held roles at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, as the Executive Director of Alumni Relations, where leadership involved managing a team and facilitating stakeholder engagement for a large alumni network. At Stanford Graduate School of Business, Allison progressed through various positions, culminating as Director of Global Chapters & Alumni Programs, overseeing a significant number of alumni chapters and events globally. Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Central Florida and an Executive Education Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Managing Teams for Innovation and Success.
