Ashley Boyd

Ashley Boyd is the Vice President of Advocacy and Engagement at the Mozilla Foundation. Ashley has over 20 years of experience in public engagement, facilitation, and project management. Prior to joining Mozilla, Ashley was the Senior Program Director at AmericaSpeaks, where they managed large-scale public engagement projects on critical issues at the local, state, and national level. Ashley also served as an Independent Consultant for SEWA Bharat and Vidhayak Sansad, and as a Senior Associate at M+R. In their current role at Mozilla, Ashley leads the Foundation's advocacy efforts to ensure that the internet is a global public resource, open and accessible to all.

Ashley Boyd has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Willamette University.
