Greg Tatum

Greg Tatum is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in both engineering and design. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Mozilla since January 2016, Greg leads the Firefox Translations module and contributes to the Firefox Machine Learning module, focusing on the development of machine learning translation models and their integration into Firefox. Previous roles include Tech Lead for Firefox Translations, where Greg successfully launched a new feature to millions of users, and lead engineer for various developer tools aimed at enhancing browser performance and user experience. Prior to Mozilla, Greg worked as a Senior Web Developer and Digital Designer at Cubic Inc., developing responsive web experiences and back-end solutions, and as Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer at the Oklahoma Aquarium. Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Oklahoma and has international academic experience from Universitat Politècnica de València.
