Jon Stermac

Jon Stermac is a Senior Staff Quantitative User Researcher at Mozilla since January 2022, having previously held the title of Staff Quantitative User Researcher. Prior to this, Jon served as the Assessment Lead at Ezra Coaching from November 2020 to January 2022 and worked at Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) from June 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing research and development in talent. Jon has also had roles as a Team Lead, Product Owner, Research Scientist, and Consultant at Organization and Management Consulting and as a Statistics Tutor at the University of Guelph. Jon's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology, both from the University of Guelph.
