Joni Casady

Joni Casady is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of People Business Partners at Mozilla, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and workforce engagement. Previously, Joni held the position of Director and Head of Tech People Business Partners at Lyft, where the mission was to improve transportation experiences. Prior to Lyft, Joni was VP of Human Resources at Trupanion, leading various HR functions for a growing team of over 1,200. Joni's extensive background includes significant roles at Starbucks, developing learning and development strategies, as well as experience in HR management across multiple sectors. Joni holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Math from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, Joni is pursuing an Associate Certified Coach credential.
