Julie Belião is VP of Product at Mozilla.ai, where she leads product strategy and execution, ensuring the development of AI solutions that prioritize transparency and trust. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and responsible innovation, focusing on bridging the gap between humans and machines to build technology that enhances human capabilities rather than replacing them.

Before joining Mozilla.ai, Julie held leadership roles at Google, Unbabel, and Defined.ai, working on AI-driven product development, scaling operations, and bringing emerging technologies to new markets. Her work has spanned machine learning, language technologies, and ethical AI data, helping companies navigate market expansion, AI quality, and the integration of human expertise with automated systems. She has also contributed to national research initiatives at CNRS and IRCAM, focusing on under-resourced languages, speech processing, and computational linguistics, applying research to real-world AI applications.
