Marianne Carpentier is a seasoned user researcher currently serving as a Senior User Researcher in the Innovation Studio at Mozilla, where responsibilities include planning and overseeing research projects to support multiple pods. Previously, Carpentier established the user research practice for Mozilla Hubs and was the first UX Researcher at Classcraft, laying the foundation for a strategic UX research approach. Experience also includes roles at Agence Bassan, Sun Life Financial, and as a lecturer at UQAC/NAD University. Carpentier holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Design from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from UQAM, and a Certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
