Matjaž Horvat is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in localization and web development. Since April 2011, Matjaž has served as a Staff Software Engineer at Mozilla Corporation, where Matjaž is the founder and product owner of the localization platform, Pontoon, which has centralized and streamlined localization workflows. As the founder of Mozilla Slovenija, Matjaž played a pivotal role in promoting Mozilla and achieving Firefox's majority market share in Slovenia. Matjaž's entrepreneurial experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Mozeg, d.o.o., and working as a web developer at various organizations including Zemanta and XLAB. With a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Ljubljana, Matjaž also has a background in journalism and online marketing.
