Peter Moore

Peter Moore is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in software development and release management. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Mozilla Corporation since March 2013, Peter leads the Workers component on the Taskcluster team, authoring and maintaining essential worker libraries and tools for continuous integration across multiple operating systems. Prior to this role, Peter was a Build and Release Manager at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH and held managerial positions at Vodafone Group, where leadership in build and release teams was emphasized. Additional experience includes positions as a Java/J2EE and Oracle Developer at ING Bank, a Java/J2SE Developer at Hewlett Packard, and the founding of True Management Limited, where web-based network engineering tools were developed. Peter's early career included a role as a Java/J2EE Developer at KPNQwest. Peter holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham and previously studied Physics at the University of Oxford.
