Rowe Lapiña Hoffer is an accomplished executive assistant and fitness entrepreneur with extensive experience in high-level administrative roles. At Mozilla since March 2011, Rowe has served as Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and leads the Assistant Cohort, holding additional responsibilities for top executives including co-founder Mitchell Baker and CEO Laura Chambers. Rowe is the founder and creator of Vitamin D(ance)® Fitness, a program designed to promote joy and physical well-being through music and dance for all fitness levels, and also teaches dance fitness at Oshman Family JCC. With a rich history of executive support across various organizations, including The Computer History Museum and NetApp, Rowe's career spans over three decades in various leadership roles, complementing academic credentials from Saint Paul University.
