Sheila Mooney

Sheila Mooney is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in software development and project management across various industries. Since September 2010, Sheila has been with Mozilla Corporation, leading program initiatives. Previously, Sheila served as Program Manager at Skiff, managing the Skiff platform for digital content, and at the Open Source Applications Foundation, overseeing the Chandler Project. Prior roles include Program Manager and Senior Software Engineer at RelayHealth Corporation, Consultant and Senior Software Developer at Jericho Consulting Group, and Software Developer at Microsoft Corporation, where Sheila contributed to the Encarta World Atlas project. Sheila holds a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earned in 1992.
