Svea Windwehr

Svea Windwehr is a Policy Manager at Mozilla, focusing on tech governance and fundamental rights online. Previously, Svea held roles such as Assistant Director of EU Policy at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and Government Affairs & Public Policy Manager at Google, concentrating on content regulation and AI governance. As a Mercator fellow, Svea contributed to the regulation of online platforms and AI at various organizations, including the German Ministry for Labor & Social Affairs. Currently, Svea is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Affairs and Law at University College Maastricht and a Master's in Social Sciences of the Internet at the University of Oxford.
