Mishal Almoqbel

Mishal Almoqbel, Assoc CIPD, aPHRi™ has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. In 2020, they were the People Team Lead at Mozn where they led Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organizational Development, and Engagement. Her roles included managing the entire recruitment process and creating a complete recruitment guide. In 2019, they were a Headhunter/HR Consultant, Recruitment Coordinator at Elite Talents Recruitment Agency, and Human Resources Coordinator at Maharah Human Resources. As Recruitment Coordinator, they coordinated with clients to identify staffing needs and sourced potential candidates through online channels. As Human Resources Coordinator, they identified training and development needs within an organization and designed and expanded training and development programs based on the organization's needs and the individual.

Mishal Almoqbel has completed CIPD Qualifications at Level 3 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Degree in Human Resource from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Additionally, in September 2019, Mishal obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources - International™ (aPHRi™) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
