Patricia Schiewe

Patricia Schiewe is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Supply Chain Director at MP Materials since July 2022, Patricia has previously held positions such as North America Supply Chain Manager at Dysol, Inc. and Materials Manager at Wellflex Energy Solutions, where responsibilities included creating the Production Control Department and implementing ERP systems. Prior to these roles, Patricia was Production Scheduling Supervisor at Tranter, Inc., where contributions to continuous improvement initiatives led to increased leadership responsibilities. Patricia began their career as a Buyer Planner at Friedrich Air Conditioning and as a Buyer at Arnecom Industrias, focusing on procurement and material management. Patricia holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Universidad de Monterrey.
