Gabriel Dorobantu, FCCA, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Gabriel currently holds the position of VP Finance at MPO (MP Objects), starting in January 2021. Prior to this, they were a Finance Manager at the same company from April 2020 to December 2020.

Before joining MPO, Gabriel worked at PwC for a significant period of time. Gabriel worked with a variety of industries including professional services, retail, oil & gas, and chemicals.

Gabriel's professional journey began at Soft Expert in November 2003 as a Computer Programmer. Gabriel'sresponsibilities included ERP implementation, computer troubleshooting and repair, network configuration, and selling hardware and software equipment.

Gabriel Dorobantu, FCCA, has a diverse education history. In 1998, they enrolled at B.P. Hasdeu National College, where they pursued a degree in Informatics and Mathematics, specializing as an Assistant Computer Programmer. Gabriel completed their studies in 2002. Following this, Gabriel joined the Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti (Bucharest University of Economic Studies) in 2002. Gabriel obtained a degree in Economics, with a focus on Accounting and Management Information Systems, in 2006.

Gabriel further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining additional certifications. In 2012, they became an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) member, having completed the ACCA program. Then, in 2014, they acquired the Financial Auditor certification from the Camera Auditorilor Financiari din Romania (Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors). Finally, in 2017, Gabriel obtained the FCCA (Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant) designation from ACCA, consolidating their expertise in the field.
