Paahul Sikand

Paahul Sikand has a diverse work experience in product management and software development. Paahul currently holds the position of Senior Product Manager at mParticle since June 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Intuit for three years, from August 2019 to March 2022, as a Product Manager. During their time at Intuit, they served in two different roles, handling various product management responsibilities.

Before joining Intuit, Paahul worked as a Product Manager at Tracxn from July 2018 to August 2019. At Tracxn, an Accel and Sequoia funded startup, they led the development and launch of the "CRM" product, achieving significant growth and successful migration of existing customers.

Paahul gained valuable experience in the telecom industry as a Product Manager - Management Trainee at Vodafone from June 2016 to July 2018.

Paahul started their career as a Full Stack Developer at Indus Valley Partners from June 2012 to May 2014, and also had an internship as an Android Developer at Samsung Electronics from January 2012 to June 2012, where they received a full-time job offer as a Software Engineer.

Overall, Paahul Sikand has demonstrated their expertise in product management, leading product launches, driving growth, and displaying proficiency in software development.

Paahul Sikand completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2008 to 2012. Paahul then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, graduating from 2014 to 2016. During their MBA studies, they also attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid as a visiting graduate in 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Paahul Sikand obtained a certification in "Become a Product Manager" from Udemy in May 2017. Paahul also completed a certification in "Conceptual Selling" from Miller Heiman Group in October 2016. Prior to that, they attended the 28th International Helsinki Days program at Hanken Svenska handelshögskolan in February 2015. Paahul also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark Six Sigma in December 2014.
