Sarah Adler

Sarah Adler, PsyD, serves as the Founder and CEO of Wave since February 2021 and has been a Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine since September 2013. As the Founder and Owner/Operator of Peninsula Behavioral Health, Adler developed a group practice focused on evidence-informed psychotherapy, managing clinical operations and growth strategies. In addition, Adler holds positions as a Venture Partner at Conscience VC, Board Member at mpathic, and Advisor at Redesign Health. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Chief Clinical Officer at Octave, where contributions facilitated the company's transition from Series A to Series B funding, and advisory roles for various health technology companies. Adler's educational background includes a Psy.D. in Psychology from Stanford University and Palo Alto University, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia University.
