Christopher Beattie has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Christopher is currently the Head of Global Customer Experience at MPB.

Before joining MPB, Christopher worked at Zendesk from 2017 to 2020 as the Director of Customer Advocacy, APAC Product Support.

Prior to that, they served as the Head of Customer Service at notonthehighstreet.com from 2016 to 2017.

Christopher also has a significant background in customer service at Burberry, where they held various positions such as Head of Customer Service, EMEIA from 2013 to 2016, Burberry Experience Manager, Customer Service in 2012, and Customer Service Training Manager in 2011.

Christopher'searlier experience includes roles at The Number UK Ltd, where they worked as the Training & Product Development Manager from 2007 to 2010, Learning & Development Specialist in 2006, and Training Manager from 2004 to 2006.

From 1998 to 2002, Christopher Beattie attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they studied European Union Studies.
