Kotryna Chua

Kotryna Chua, MBA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kotryna currently holds the position of Head of U.S. Operations at MPB, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as an Operations Manager, where they successfully led the on-the-road team and managed multiple delivery stations. Kotryna played a crucial role in launching new stations, merging existing ones, and executing operations during peak seasons. Kotryna also worked at iCIMS as a Customer Success Manager II - Enterprise, managing numerous high-value accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Kotryna started their career at MPB, where they held roles such as Head of Customer Communications, Customer Success Team Manager, and Customer Success Associate. During their time at MPB, they oversaw customer communication, managed the success team, and played a key role in improving company practices. Before entering the corporate world, Kotryna worked in the film industry, taking on roles such as producer, filmmaker, and associate producer in different production companies.

Kotryna Chua holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Film Studies from the University of Warwick, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the West Chester University of Pennsylvania. This program started in 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Kotryna Chua has obtained several certifications. Kotryna became an EC-Council Certified Encryption Specialist (ECES) in September 2022. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in Managing a Customer Contact Center from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they became an Emergency Medical Technician in June 2012, certified by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.
