MPC is a specialist advisory firm in rare earth and critical minerals supply chains. We advise governments, investors, miners, OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers on supply chain strategy, resource security, and the commercial consequences of critical raw material policy — grounded in thirty years of direct experience across the rare earth value chain, from mine to magnet to motor. We work across two connected disciplines.

First, advisory and research: structured analysis of the battery and electric motor value chains, exposure and supply chain risk assessment, offtake and investment structuring, and access to government funding programmes across the EU, US, Japan and Australia.

Second, communications: we help critical minerals companies sharpen how they present their investment proposition — narrative, corporate identity, and the digital and AI visibility that determines whether investors and partners find them at all.

We have also developed the MPC Critical Raw Material — Rare Earth Fund: a complete framework for a next-generation investment vehicle focused on the physical stockpiling and monetisation of rare earth elements, beginning with NdPr. Designed around rising geopolitical and supply concentration risk, it combines sovereign-grade supply assurance with commercial revenue models — offering strategic investors exposure to the critical inputs for electrification, defence and robotics, without direct mining risk. The framework is fully developed and open to partners to bring it to deployment.
