Kudzai Zifudzi

Kudzai Zifudzi is an experienced Technical Sales Representative at mPedigree since January 2022, responsible for identifying customer technical needs and providing suitable product recommendations while simplifying complex technical concepts for better customer understanding. Prior to this role, Kudzai served as an Apple Certified Technician at Solution Centre Zimbabwe from February 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included Apple hardware repairs, part replacements, and diagnosing software issues across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS platforms. Kudzai holds an Honours Degree in Information Technology and Business Management from Catholic University in Zimbabwe, completed between 2010 and 2014.
