Dana Penegar Shepard

Dana Penegar Shepard is a seasoned professional in retail sales, currently serving as the Director of Retail Sales - Value and Pet Specialty at Market Performance Group since December 2022. With extensive experience at The Clorox Company from March 2019 to December 2022, Dana held roles including National Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager focused on Family Dollar and Dollar Tree. Prior to that, Dana worked at Premier Inc. as a Revenue Recovery Specialist and spent seven years at Family Dollar in various positions, including Associate Buyer and Merchandise Planner for numerous product categories.
