Debra Johnson

Debra Johnson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and talent management. Debra most recently worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Market Performance Group since February 2023, and prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from April 2019 to March 2023. Before joining Market Performance Group, Debra worked as the Senior Director of Talent at Bimbo Bakeries USA from April 2014 to July 2017. Debra also held positions at Incite Sales Consulting as the Director and Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness from April 2013 to December 2014. In addition, Debra founded and served as the Director of Talent Management and Leadership at a company based in the Greater New York City Area from 2013 to 2014. From February 2010 to December 2012, they worked as the Senior Director of Sales Talent Development Training at Johnson & Johnson Consumer. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Business Talent Development at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Sales from 2009 to 2010, and the Director of Sales Talent Management at Johnson & Johnson from 2007 to 2009. Throughout their career, Debra has demonstrated expertise in performance management, strategy development, and change management.

Debra Johnson obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Organizational Effectiveness from Villanova University in April 2014. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Montclair State University.
