Lauren Phillips

Lauren Phillips has a diverse range of work experience in the beauty industry. Lauren started their career at Sally Beauty as an Assistant Buyer, where they were responsible for assisting the Director with various tasks and ensuring the completion of the ordering process. Lauren also analyzed sales records and trends to determine inventory needs. Lauren then moved on to become a Buyer at Sally Beauty, where they selected, ordered, and purchased merchandise, and trained junior buyers. After working at Sally Beauty for over a decade, Lauren joined Henkel as a Key Account Manager, where they managed key accounts and maintained customer relationships. Lauren then transitioned to Beauty Quest Group as the Director of Sales, overseeing sales operations and strategies. Currently, Lauren holds the position of Sales Director Specialty Beauty at Market Performance Group.

Lauren Phillips obtained their Bachelor's degree in Merchandising/Marketing from Texas Woman's University in 2005. Lauren further pursued their education and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same university in 2006.
