Amit Dsouza

Amit Dsouza has over two decades of experience in various leadership and management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Lead at Mphasis since June 2022, Amit has a strong background in project management, operations management, and team leadership, having previously held positions such as Module Lead at Mphasis, Team Leader at Cox & Kings, and Consultant at Sutherland Global Services. Notable earlier roles include operations management at BIS - Bolas Intelli Solution and several progressive positions at Mphasis, where responsibilities ranged from managing service desk operations to project management involving financial analysis and business strategy. Amit holds an Associate's Degree in Arts from NIOS, a Diploma in Animation and Multimedia from AIT, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai, alongside various other educational qualifications.
