Andrea Joseph is a Client Engagement Partner and Senior Analyst in Sales Operations at Mphasis, having joined the Future Leader Programme in September 2023 as the sole graduate from GLIM-C. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at HotelHub, where multiple technologies were utilized, and participating in recruitment efforts in Goa. Andrea's earlier roles include Event Manager and Second Year Executive at CURSOR - Computer Students Organisation, an Entrepreneurship Trainee at The Climber focusing on Women in Technology and Business, and a Full Stack Web Development intern at Deloitte India. Andrea holds an MBA in Marketing from the Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Goa Engineering College, alongside various certifications and accolades in music and leadership.
