Bis Sandilya

Bis Sandilya, MBA, CSPO®, currently serves as Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at Crown Castle since September 2022 and has held a role in Quality Engineering focused on Digital Transformation at Mphasis since November 2020. Previous positions include Program Manager at Xavient Digital from September 2018 to July 2020, and consulting roles in Quality Engineering at an undisclosed company. Bis has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing, having held senior positions at Mphasis, Ness Technologies, UST Global, and Morgan Stanley, with foundational roles at the Federal Reserve Bank NY and Leapstone Systems Inc. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
