Natarajan Balasubramanian is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in digital engineering and project delivery. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at Mphasis since April 2022, Natarajan previously held the position of Sr. Director - Delivery at VRIZE, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation projects for Retail and ECommerce clients. Natarajan's tenure at Cognizant Technology Solutions featured roles as Engagement Delivery Partner, managing a $20M budget and leading a team of over 200 resources for multiple accounts in the Nordics. Early career experience includes significant roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Cognizant, UnitedHealth Group, and various consulting firms, where Natarajan developed expertise in Java, Agile methodologies, and digital solutions across diverse industries. Natarajan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and another from upGrad.com, in addition to a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
